Clearpay, AfterPay, and Klarna for Buy Now Pay Later Services are some of our payment options. Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard, and American Express are all accepted forms of payment.

PayPal and Apple Pay are other payment options.

Please be aware that neither payment card information nor customer information is shared with other parties.

For our UK clients, we also provide a buy now, pay in 30 days plan with Klarna. Within two days of your order being verified, Klarna will send you an email with payment instructions. once that, you will have 30 days to try on your order and pay only once you are satisfied. Pay online whenever it is convenient for you and at no additional cost. You can pay using a credit or debit card using Klarna.app or by visiting www.klarna.com/uk.

 

Tracking Orders

Unless you have chosen a designated delivery option, standard orders may take one to two days to process. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your product is sent. Here, you may also follow the progress of your order. To prevent your tracking email from ending up in your junk folder, please add noreply@sparklemoon.co.uk. Additionally, make sure you include your accurate email address when completing the order; otherwise, you will not receive the tracking and confirmation emails. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if it has been more than four working days after you placed your order (please allow this timescale during popular sale periods). If not, contact us here with your enquiry so we can assist you.

 

Locating your parcel

Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information/refused or failure to being claimed will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient which is based on the weight and dimensions of the package and handling fees.
Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee and return fee.
Once a parcel shows proof of delivery on the tracking and is confirmed as delivered by the courier, it will be considered successfully delivered. In such cases, non-delivery claims will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued nor can the parcel be re-sent. You must also contact us within 1 day of non-delivery cases where you believe a parcel has been mis-delivered please note failure to do so would impact the courier’s ability to locate the parcel and timeframe required to open an investigation.
